The Redlands (Orange Street) store is exceptional in service and I just have to say these people really deserve a raise..especially the young woman who helped me today and multi tasked several customers like a QUEEN. Give them anything they ask for..they earned it.

I had an AMAZING experience at this location! We were initially greeted by the manager Ivan who made sure all of our questions were answered and any concerns were addressed! Julian a Sales Rep also helped during the process offering great assessment of different devices and how they can benefit our family. Xavier another Rep who finalized the sale for us showed amazing customer service, by listening to our needs, ensuring we understood exactly what we were getting and took his time to assist us. All three of these gentlemen presented OUTSTANDING customer service! We will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much!

Avoid it if you can. They overcharge you and charge for items without you knowing. I noticed it when it was too late, and I had to go back and ask them why I was charged for things I didn't purchase. I ended up buying a cover and screen that I didn't want to, but I had no other options. Make sure you see your invoice before signing it. They will ask you to sign on the screen but request to see it and review your charges. This review is long overdue, but watch out if you are in the market for a new phone. I remembered this place when I was looking up new phones 🤯I'm not going there again for a new phone
