Charles was absolutely amazing! He walked my mom and I through the entire process of buying new phones , switching her to my plan and setting up our new phones. We had a ton of questions and he was unbelievably helpful and patient with us. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend anyone to come to this store and ask for him! Charles was amazing. Very helpful and great customer service. Help us with every question we had. My daughters left pleased with their phones and my husband and I very pleased with the customer service Charles presented to us. He definitely needs a raise or promotion. Thank you Charles

Charles Morgan was incredibly helpful from start to finish! He was patient, walked me through everything, answered all my questions no matter how clueless they were, and made sure I got the best deal and the most discounts I could. 10/10 would recommend
