The manager at the store is so unprofessional I was very shocked to hear that’s he is the manager. He’s slouched and consistently was burping unprofessionally loud it was very disgusting to tell the truth he had a huge odor on him as well he just seemed very unkept. Everyone else was pleasant to be around it seemed more as if he should look up to them and take notes on customer service and professionalism skills because the lack of un professionalism was truly shocking. All he did was just pace back and forth the store and stare at us it was super uncomfortable he needs more customer service skills because this was an unpleasant experience.

Went to purchase three new SIM cards where the agent didn't process one correctly and it didn't activate it correctly. Went back to store, then she asked that I purchase a new SIM for $5 extra. Went 3rd time to a different agent who finally activated correctly without needing to purchase a new SIM.
