I've been a verizon customer for over 10 years. Earlier this year I opened a business line at a verizon location in Florida, and the experience was horrendous. The salespeople didn't know what they were doing, improperly configured my phone line, screwed up my plan, wasted my time and charged me a whole bunch of $$ and fees to do so -_-
Recently I went to the verizon location in Puyallup, and spoke with Taryn. She swapped out my malfunctioning gear free of charge, despite being past the warranty date. Additionally she helped reconfigure my account, and provided me with some free goodies for my trouble. Definitely would recommend if you want/need anything concerning Verizon. 10/10, thank you Taryn!
