The worst customer service ever when I called to change my service from post paid to pre-paid. I was on the phone over an hour to 5 different people. What I wanted was to pay less and get more data. They get 1 star. After the change was made, the next day I couldn't make or receive telephone calls or texts! So I went to the Verizon store in Paso Robles, where Junior tried everything he knew, from paying an additional $10 initially as I had been incorrectly charged, until he called tech support who then had to call a higher tech support. So, again after over an hour and a half my phone was working. The Verizon store in Paso gets 5 stars. They always do! They are very helpful in there.
I what to give a shout out to the Verizon store on Theatre Drive in Paso Robles, Ca. They are an amazing Team there! Clarissa went above and beyond in Customer service to help me activate another phone line on my husband’s business phone after he accidentally dropped in the lake. She navigated what needed to be done on the phone with their Customer service, so I didn’t have to try to figure it out. It was so awesome and saved so much time! In short, I happily recommend this store for an efficient experience. THANK YOU, Lisa
