Went to go and upgrade some of my family’s phones and had to wait an additional 40 minutes after getting a text saying that someone should be with me in the next 10minutes AND after following up with one of the TWO people “greeting” folks …on a Sunday (typically, a relatively slower day for most businesses). Ended up having to leave after being passed up for another person who came in after me and my family.

Honestly the most incompetent employees. I ask to do something simple like getting my number back and it’s the most complicated process they’ve ever heard of.
