The guy who greeted me today, December 6 around 2 in the afternoon was fantastic! The young woman who helped me I don’t think she was having a good day! That young man came back after she went off to another customer, and really, as he greeted me, took great care of me! Wish I got his name because he was just fantastic to deal with! He took care of what I wanted faster than I ever could expected to have been done. He did it with a friendly charm and polite professionalism, that was just outstanding!

Super bummed to have sat here for two and a half hours only to be told I can’t get the devices I originally came for. Educating staff is paramount when it comes to customer service. Do better.
EDIT: After three days, I got a notification from Verizon stating I needed to pay my bill. Apparently after sitting at this store for two and a half hours migrating my phone plan from pre-pay to post-pay, my account was never changed. I called customer service on the phone and they had NO record of an account migration. I now have to go through the entire process once again but on the phone.

I have had bad experiences with this store consistently since I have become a Verizon customer. I would recommend another wireless company.
