Entitled kid working there that was rude and apathetic. Would not look up my account. Said I could do that by calling customer service. After driving 45 minutes from home to Sullivan, only to find the store closed, I drove with my wife to Washington, another 40 minutes, only to be greeted by a young kid that did not want to help me at all. Cannot recommend this store even a little bit. I will go out of my way to post bad reviews for Verizon due to poor service and rude workers.

I was extremely disappointed. Website shows Sunday hours and a phone call to verify was a message stating "we are currently busy helping other customers"...Not sure what is going on but after driving 40 minutes to Washington a closed store is not what I expected to find. How difficult is it to update a website with correct hours? Or if the Sunday hours are indeed correct, how difficult is it to show up and do the work? This does not leave a good impression of this store's efficiency.

Samantha was wonderful, the other employee was very rude and spoke to me like I was broke and stupid, and that was after sitting and being ignored for 30 minutes. Then i was told it would have to be a different day. This was my 3rd visit. I asked to schedule an appt on the second visit but was not accomodated. Was VERY excited to do business with this store until this interaction.
