I appreciated his kindness and willingness to give me the quality service that customers deserve! Give him a raise he is top notch!!! I observed him Greet everyone who entered the store he was helpful to everyone even while being attentive to my needs!! Seriously employee of the year!!!

THANK YOU KALEBB! We could not figure out what setting on my father-in-law's phone was causing a download glitch. After KALEBB went through a few checks on the phone, it was fixed (without factory reset). Thank you!
