A week or so ago I visited our local Verizon store in Buellton CA and I had the best customer service experience. I'm very impressed! Steven was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of services. The other staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this Verizon store and Steven in particular. Thank you all for making a difference!
You absolutely have a star employee in Nicole. She was the best rep I have seen so far. She handled a multitude of things for myself for the customers and never once did I feel she wasn’t giving me the attention I needed. She was great.
Nicole was amazing. Every time I’ve gone in for updates in the past always took to long and was never really happy. Nicole was fast and efficient. Never been happier leaving Verizon because my phone and watch are working perfectly. Nicole is very sweet and kind. Definitely will be going back for more upgrades and will recommend Nicole.
