Thank you to Shivam for his help solving a complicated network error / device setup, without an appointment. He helped put me immediately at ease during a high stress situation (that carried over from 3+ hours at Apple Store the day before) and had my issue solved within 30 minutes. He even called to follow-up the next day and was available for additional questions. This location is conveniently located right off the Market & 4th St NE BART. No issues with safety / no safety concerns visiting this location. Thanks Verizon!

Only way to get service is to physically go to a storefront location.

I had a bad experience with a trade-in with Verizon. The amount I was getting back was 50% of the promised amount during the purchase. The manager at this store helped to get an adjustment for the bill to correct the issue. I was pleasantly surprised that the issue was addressed by the store manager and he gave me a call to make sure everything was resolved. That being said, there were a few hiccups along the way, some of which may have been my fault. There are some less than pleasant reps at this store, I can only assume their customers on Market may require this approach. Overall, my issue was resolved and I can recommend this location, upper management cares about their customers.
