I went there to get some studs replaced and a recall to get fixed, when i asked for a price over the phone they didnt give it to methen i get my car there on a tow truck and it was 170/hr. for labor with a 3 hour minimum plus inflated parts. They had my car for 2 days and i was woundering if it was done yet so i called and they sent me to a mechanic to get an answer and he said he would call me back he never did (all i needed was a YES or a NO) so i call back 2 hours later and ask the same question and the second guy on the phone said yes it was done and he didnt know for how long so i pick it up and my recall wasnt installed correctly and they wanted to charge me again to diagnose the problem, so i did their job correctly for them and now im out almost $500 for stud removal
