I had a nasty experience with them when I bought a very expensive pokemon card as near mint. When I got the card it was worn on all 4 corners and was lightly played. I asked for a partial refund which is typically about 30 percent. They offered 4 percent. I requested a refund and waited 2 weeks for them to send me an envelope. I was tired of dealing with them and caved in to their low partial refund

This place was welcoming, let my younger siblings play an extra 5 minutes because they didn't use VR before, she also allowed us too play arcade games for 15 minutes, she was wiping down everything that's been touched, talked to us and was very helpful while my younger siblings played VR. Definitely a place too go again!
