The positives: items are done on time, convenient location with parking. That being said, I have never felt unwanted or unwelcomed in a business until this place. And I tried 3 times, because this is literally a block from my house and I was praying it was just bad days. $25 to dry clean a coat. Ok.... But at least be nice to me? A friend of mine is convinced it's a front for something since they really don't want you in there. Once I went in and had to go in and out of the door several times, hoping the door chime would get someone to help me. Then the bell on the counter .... A couple timid 'hello- i I just need to pick up) and some hushed whispering in the back until finally someone came out annoyed I was there. I'm not sure if it's just my tattoos or how I look but it's pretty clear they don't want me there .... Ugh. Accepting recommendations for ones close by tho!
Just moved to the area and found my cleaners. Love that they are an independent mom and pop business. I dropped of 20 pieces of clothing, they asked when I wanted it completed, and was surprised to hear they could have it done sooner. Received days later, great service and price was right. Super nice family. I'm a happy customer!
