Village Fitness and Physical Therapy is outstanding! I began with physical therapy sessions with Dr. Matt. His personalized approach helped me with targeted exercises to improve my posture and alignment. I'm also enjoying the small group workout classes, particularly learning how to lift weights safely. The classes strike the perfect balance between motivation and fun. The intimate setting creates a supportive community, and I feel much stronger after just a few weeks. I highly recommend Village Fitness to anyone seeking expert physical therapy and engaging workout classes.

Village Fitness is a unique gym experience. The program is designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy. Their workouts are designed to avoid injuries, and can be adapted, even in a small group, to your own fitness level/ limitations. The goal is to increase your strength and agility. Also, 1:1 physical therapy appointments are available.
I was post-injury, post standard physical therapy, and this is just what I needed. In addition, everyone here is sincerely kind and approachable, and dedicated to assisting you in meeting your fitness goals. I highly recommend Village Fitness. Take the 28 day challenge, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is top notch! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and really care about your health and well-being. They are very careful with previous injuries and you work together at making yourself better. They get you stronger while making the progress encouraging, doable and fun! I would highly recommend Village Fitness to anyone that looking to get stronger and get the support they need to be successful with their fitness goals.
