Vision Quest turns my terrible days around every time I am having computer difficulties. I am not tech savvy, but that's okay because they are. I am always satisfied with the outcome and I very much appreciate their prompt response time. They don't expect me to know anything about the computer either yet they still treat me with respect and gently explain what I don't understand. Plus they have a sense of humor which is so refreshing during this trying summer. We have been with them for years and look forward to many more. Heroes don't always wear capes! Thank you Vision Quest for supporting me exactly where I am in my computer journey.

I called this company with an IT emergency, and Paul was able to come out the same day I called. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fix our issue in less than an hour, which was a huge relief because we've had issues intermittantly for several weeks now, bringing our business to a screeching halt. Couldn't be happier with this company and I highly recommend them.

I was having issues with Outlook. I am self employed as a Realtor and Outlooks is my bible. I don't like mail and gmail. I reached out to Vision Quest immediately and they were able to remote in and fix the issue in a little over an hour. Rates are very reasonable and customer service is outstanding!! They now have a client for life. Don't hesitate to reach out to the BEST!!
