Dr. Lim was very pleasant and extremely thorough. She was helpful in explaining the results of my exam and willing to answer any questions I had. Did not feel rushed or hurried.

Went to this "doctor" because I had called them before purchasing the voucher to make sure I would be able to just get an eye exam and a prescription to take to Costco where I wanted purchase frames and lenses. I even mentioned exactly what I wanted to do with them. When I got there I got my eye exam done and at the end I asked just for the prescription and they denied me even though I specifically asked them before purchasing it that they would give me a "prescription". They wanted more $. Unscrupulous company! Thank God Amazon stands behind their customers.!!
