I had pre-scheduled a pick up of my vehicle that was disabled in town to be towed to the local dealership 4 miles away. The vehicle was scheduled for pickup at 850am and supposed to be delivered by 930am to dealership. When I talked to the dealer they said they had not received my truck. I then called avista who then explained that they had a priority call they had to take and they only had one driver. When asked why no one called me the woman apologized and said when he was done my truck would be delivered. My truck didn't not reach the dealership until 1130 am and off the truck by 1145am in which the keys were handed to the dealership. The professional thing to do would've been to call the Roadside assistance line, the dealership, and/or me to let me know. If the call was going to take longer then you should've asked another tow company to take the call. This was completely unprofessional and did not expect this from Avista towing. I am very disappointed.

Had to get my Hertz vehicle towed very far, and Jayson came to help us out. I didn't know tow drivers could be angels, but Jayson was definitely an angel in disguise.

I had some trouble with my truck, Vista Towing was there in under twenty minutes and helped me get out of a jam. They conducted themselves with extreme kindness and courtesy. If I'm ever in the area in a similar situation I won't hesitate to give them another call. I highly recommend this company to anybody in need and desiring a quick and professional service.
