Volvo Cars Bellevue Service and Auto Parts

My second time having a really bad experience at this service: first, they provided me with incorrect information over the phone (essentially, telling me I can come in for an urgent diagnostics with the check engine light on) and when I came to the dealership, the receptionist told me, they can’t take my car. When they finally took it, I was promised I’d get a call by the end of the day to inform me, what’s wrong with the car. No one called. When I called them 15 min before the closing time, the service advisor was gone and my car is now stuck there over the weekend and I have no idea, what’s going on. “Great” customer service…
