We come here atleast 3 times a week since we live down the street. Usually we have great service here, but today around 3 we were waiting by the walk up window and there were about 3 cars there. The lady said she would be with us when she could, after those three cars left, she took our order. But as other cars arrived she opened the window and let us know the car side was her priority and it would take a while before she gets to us. We understand being busy, but we don’t think it’s right to be told we aren’t a priority. Especially when we spend a lot of money here, poor choice of words and we never had this issue with any other barista there. We ended up leaving after waiting 15 after our order was taken. Other than that, we do miss the kids cups! Helped my 2 year old not spill

Best coffee place in the area! When I came by, Lexie was very friendly, showed a positive attitude, and was pleasant to talk with. Top notch customer service. Plus the drinks are well priced and yummy every time. Seems like a great atmosphere to work in!

I always love going to wake up call, especially in the morning. This last weekend I went around 8am and had a short redhead who was super nice, made my drink perfectly and put a little heart on top. They always keep up with what's going on in my life and remember me as a customer. I would highly recommend this location ❤️
