This is the worst pharmacy around! They never do what they say they will do, they can’t get the prescription correct, they won’t fill it unless you call or go in, and then it takes them hours to have it ready. There is a pharmacist there named Tom, he is really rude. He needs to be taught some customer service.

I have no issues with the store staff, but the pharmacy employees are absolutely rude and will lie to you to your face. Using the app to refill perscriptions, they will text you to inform you they are ready. Yet when you arrive, they will tell you that they're not ready because you had just submitted them. Then they get combative and rude when you try to show them the text messages from Walgreens and when you submitted the refill on the app. Find a different pharmacy if you can.

Picking up prescriptions is always an issue. Especially in the drive thru. No matter the time of day it takes way too long to get thru. One time there was no one in the drive thru so I was soooo excited but it took them almost 10 minutes to even acknowledge me as I could see them inside. I would like to here hello Ill be right with you but never. Then the cars behind me start to stack up and they think its me holding up the line. For a single prescription! They need to figure out a way to expedite things or get more help. This has been going on way to long
