Being rude to your customers is not acceptable. I can deal with lines. I can deal with incompetence. But being outright rude is unacceptable. I actually heard the pharmacy tell a customer that at closing time they simply close. It doesn't matter how many people are waiting (17 by our count) or how far behind they are. Walgreens is interested in your money, not your health. They have bought up most of the local pharmacies in an effort to force you to deal with them. We Will be transferring all our prescriptions. I will Never walk through your doors again. You took on far too much and you have stressed your employees who are taking it out on your customers. We don't need to be abused. We Can and Will go elsewhere.
My experience was bad. The app I used to book prescription said the prescription will be filled automatically once the doctor sent it within 2 hrs but unfortunately the pharmacist didn’t care. They said you need to call to fill the prescription which makes no Sense. Isn’t that obvious? CVS and bartel do it automatically why can’t Walgreens . Simply wasted time. I am not going to choose Walgreens again
