I had no issues to pick up medications from this store for six years! the staff members at pharmacy is really nice and friendly . That is two star i gave。 However recently they are very understaffed. Pharmacy is closed by 6pm ( earlier than most other pharmacies) Today i waited two hours on phone to check status without any luck and another half hour to talk with doctors for switching pharmacy . The doctor said they have trouble to reach this pharmacy too . They didn’t work on the prescription but already billed my insurance. No way i can switch another pharmacy! Finally i drove to the pharmacy before they close and find out they never prepare my medication at all . i was lucky to get this but i will switch to another pharmacy permanently. I feel something need be fixed with the pharmacy management

Waited almost 2 hours for pharmacy. When they answered, the phone was set down and I could clearly hear conversations, laughing, and patients name, DOB, and prescriptions. This is a major HIPAA violation. Then when the phone was picked up at 5:58, and hung up. Called the store and had a cashier go connect me with a pharmacist. The pharmacist said they’re under staffed, but that is not an excuse to break the law. Switching pharmacies immediately, and you should too.

*UPDATE 7/23/24: I was looking for a specific setting powder on my last visit to this Walgreens and it seems that the store didn't carry it anymore so Kris (who is always my go-to associate for anything make-up related) suggested the powder she wears by Elf and I'm SO GLAD because its perfect and wears so well!! Thank you for always being so helpful!!Walgreens is so lucky to have Kris on their team. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced is at this Walgreens and it's all because of her. This location is close to my work so I like to come shop here sometimes on my lunch break and every time I've come in I've always looked for Kris to say hello. She is always super friendly & helpful and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the products in their store. In fact sometimes I will drive out of my way to this location instead of the Walgreens by my house on days I'm not at work because I have social anxiety and she has a presence about her that just makes you feel at ease, so I am comfortable to ask any question or for any assistance I may need. I know I'm not alone when it comes to this, so I hope Kris knows that she is always brightening someone's day!
