Three times in a row I requested a prescription refill and spoke with a rep on the phone who confirmed it. Every time I show up and wait in the long line to hear yet again they have no request and they will need to fill it—so please come back. Take a long look at these pharmacies like Walgreens, they are relics living their final days before being disrupted by something more efficient and consumer friendly that is of this era.

Doesn't do any walk-in flu shots and refused to add us in when the pharmacy is completely empty even though no line. Lady refused to let us book one.
No wonder walgreens are going out of business.

Called fairly early in morning to get a prescription transferred from the Walgreens back home. No problem said the guy. Called in the afternoon and was told they were too busy and it would take 3-4 hours. Called in 4 hours and was told they had no record of the prescription. And then it was too late to call the Walgreens in NC. Then, surprise, just as my wife was leaving for the airport the next morning, I got a text saying the prescription was ready. My wife had her driver stop while she went in and watched 3 of them argue with the woman ahead of her. And they were entirely impolite when she told them she was getting late for a flight and told her to get back in line. Such rudeness and incompetence! I guess there's a reason for their 2-star rating. I'm surprised it's that high!
