All around great service. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for the past few years and everyone I’ve worked with has been thorough and attentive, especially Aaron and Justin. I was communicated with at every point of the service process, my questions where answered, and I was given the time I needed to make my decisions on next steps. The texts and videos were handy and I appreciated the time the mechanics took to explain findings or state of vehicle. The staff I’ve had the pleasure meeting or having communication with have been wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at Walker’s Renton Subaru. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about what we were looking for rather than just making a sale. We worked with Shaun and I can’t say nice enough things about him. The finance department was great, management was great. All the way around, this is the kind of experience a person HOPES for when shopping for a new car. I’d highly recommend.

While no one likes having car repairs, Walker's Service Center was excellent theough the process of having major repairs on our Subaru Forester. Their communication was excellent in both communication and style. I always felt like I could reach them with questions. They provided a loaner car to us, which was awesome - we wouldn't have made it through the week without it. Andrew and Justin were awesome to work with!
