Stay away from this place. To say they are an inconvenience is an understatement. The cost me time AND money. The automotive personnel are incompetent and there customer service leaves a lot to be wished for. They dont even know how to use the technology available to them. Just an example. I called a day ahead of time to make an appointment for a tire change. I get there the next day and I'm told there are 5 cars ahead of me and it will be several hours before they can even get to me, that I should make an appointment. I told them I tried doing so the day before but I was told that I didn't need to, to just drive in. The "technician" actual told me that they did not believe I was told that...wow! So I make an appointment for the next (today) and to make a long story short, I still have the same tires on my car. I will never go back to that service center! Don't waste your time, gas & sanity!!!
Third of the price of anyone else in town. Fast efficient service. They text you in every step of the way to let you know their progress.
