Customer service is so bad, I was waiting to get an item and non posivete feedback. Employees don't seem to know what they are doing or don't care for the company.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never been more disrespected in my life! In what messed up world does the customer get kicked out when the employee was being rude and talking down to me like she was better than me or I was stupid? Well apparently in this world because that is what happened. I asked a question and her tone of voice and the way she said the answer was like she thought I was below her and too stupid to understand what she was saying. When my boyfriend and I pointed this out she called security and we got escorted from the store without being able to purchase our items. And we were getting our dinner there and they were the only store within walking distance for us to shop at. We will never be going there again and we will be filing a complaint. Apparently, at Walmart, the customer gets punished for the employee's wrongs. How messed up is that? That is no way to run a business. Walmart fails in customer service.

So I came up to the cashier and I'm using an electric cart so it kind of tells you that I have some medical issues.

Cashier started ringing up the stuff before I could finish unloading the cart which meant I had to roll forward and start bagging it because they won't bag anymore not saying they're lazy but....

So in the midst of it I missed an item I PAID FOR and he didn't pay attention so I'm out $5.98 congratulations Walmart you just screwed another customer.

I'd go back and complain but obviously proof is a questionable thing and again because of my medical issues oh well I guess this is the price of dealing with such a company as Walmart.

Please tell your cashiers to please slow the hell down when you've got someone in electric cart it's not a race to get my money just make sure I get my stuff thank you I guess?
