Out of all the places I've been since moving to Oregon 2 years ago, this has to have the worst piss poor customer service. I don't blame them for being understaffed but the employees that are there have a huge attitude problem. There are never any bags at self-checkout. I asked this one lady who was about in her mid to late '30s if she could get me a cart because my hands were full and I didn't want the alarms to go off. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience, she kept repeating "one minute, one minute" while huffing and puffing even though I only asked her once nicely. I can't remember her name but it started with an S. I heard another employee complaining because apparently she had to get off in 10 minutes and she still has people in her OPEN LINE. I was very happy to start my day off but this location just ruined my whole mood.

Every single time I go here. All the drivable carts are missing magically. EVERY TIME! No matter what time of day I arrive. And then they say “They might be in the parking lot”. But then NO ONE helps with looking for one in the parking lot! It’s sad because the greeter is very nice! But all the other employees who CLEARLY do not care about customers who need drivable carts make this place horrible. Maybe if I leave a review someone will actually TRY AND HELP!

They treat all their customers like criminals by locking everything up. This is not by the fault of the employees who constantly have to drop what they are doing to help customers which often takes forever. Half the time I just don't buy the thing I need and go somewhere else. The prices aren't even low anymore. However the door greeter Roger is an awesome guy
