Customer service was very bad. I was there today grabbing a toothpaste that was in locked up in the cabinet. I asked two people to assist me and they said that they were busy. Of course I was upset so I asked why would they lock it up if the toothpaste costs not more than $6 dollars. The Indian lady yelled at me saying “this is surrey, you don’t know where you are?” And then she said that she always hears complaints about this from Indians only. Not sure why she would speak to me like this when I am not Indian. She kept giving me an attitude and telling me to ask the manager this question of why they lock up cheap stuff. So when I asked her to call her manager she refused and said “I will not get her here from her desk just for this.” Honestly, I have no idea what was her issue but the whole yelling and giving me an attitude just because I asked her to open the cabinet for me it’s not necessarily. She was being racist towards her own kind and yelling at me for no reason. I went to ask other workers to get me the manager, but they all refused when they don’t even know why I am asking for the manager. Very disappointing.

Buyer beware !! This location illegally charges customers full price and falsely misleads buyers by advertising items on sale!!! When asking for price check they say they cant honour these prices and to pay full price !!!! I had to go back to the razor section take this photo demand a manager only for the manager to come and apologize for the rude behaviour and they did not fix the pricing and how items are ringing up full price ! They said take it for free , I don’t want it for free I want them to not lie to customers and to not falsely advise products ,I am worried about how many customers they are scamming !! I am truly shocked by these business practices and will be reporting this location to Better Business Bureau. Please check all items that are on a clearance or roll back before checking out . Go to any other location and avoid this one at all costs. This is the 3rd time this has happened !!! Update Aug 28,2024 gave this location another chance , had item priced at 10.97 and they did not fix price in system ! Was scanning at 14.97 plus tax !! This is the worse location! Sunzanne the store manager needs to rectify this and ensure her location is not stealing from innocent customers ! This location has so many low income families who do not have luxury to pay extra and be scammed ! I truly hope they do not get a law-suite for falsely misleading and lying to customers !

we need a garden mower and to lift that from top we need some help. after asking for help twice no one came to help us. we poor customer service. we did wait for 30 min.
