Awesome experience with this company. Had a new oven delivered, and when they pulled the thing away from the wall, I noticed that my fridge was waaay too high on the front end. Asked the guys if they could help me out with it, and Schade & Ethan stuck around and took care of it for me. Fantastic service, these dudes need a raise and a vacation.

We got to this place after a bad experience with purchasing a washer which didn’t work. So from start we were reluctant to engage. But staff there are very professional in their practice. They backed off and allowed us to look around without pressure. We ended up buying a washer from them. It was delivered and installed as promised and the delivery staff checked its function. It was a great buying experience. Will go back soon to get a dryer.

Pd cash for a refrigerator Novemeber 8th, Nathan our salesperson said we should have it by Thanks Giving. That day came and went. Called December 1st left him a message didn't call me back Two days later my husband called and and Nathan responded with email stating he does not know where or when our fridge will be here. Called today and spoke with Nathan a ND a few others. Nathan was very condescending to me over the phone. Will never do business with this company again.
