I'm not the type of person to leave reviews, let alone a bad one; but this was hands down the WORST massage I've ever had. This place has so many 5 star reviews and i genuinley dont understand why. 1st of all, I paid for a Deep Tissue massage. And what I got was a rushed, aggressive rub down. The massage therapist didn't listen to my problems areas at all. She hardly used any lotion/oil and felt like she was just rubbing my bare skin. The whole entire time I just wished it was over. 2nd of all, the person before me was late, which bled into my time and therefore I did not receive whole 55min massage. It felt very rushed and she didn't even massage the areas I complained about. 3rd, when you book online you have to prepay and pre-tip....which if I knew how bad this massage was going to be I wouldn't have tipped at all. I will NEVER come back and I really wish I could get my money back.
