The best shopping experiences ever. My boyfriend and I were looking at used riding lawn mowers until we decided we’d just buy brand new. Before deciding where to buy from we called Watkins and another dealer outside of cowlitz county. My boyfriend called and Shawn L was who answered and helped from the phone to the delivery. Not only was Watkins best priced we received the best customer service EVER. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything extra on top of that we never even had to go into the store. Shawn came out to our house a 25 minute drive from the store to personally evaluate our land and help us decide what would work best for our property!!! A few days later Shawn had our tractor delivered and took the time out of his route home to stop and make sure everything was good stayed later to show my boyfriend how to operate the tractor and all sorts of things. Great customer service is very hard to come by these days and I am truly blown away at the super great experience we were given. Thanks so much Shawn and team!

Had the chain link fence hardware I needed. Helpful staff. Much cheaper than HD L's or even Amazon!
