Edited review: WDC did call and fix the situation.
Building a new kitchen and purchased all appliances from WDC, spending almost $50,000. Range was $12,000, it arrived and oven has not worked from the day we received it. Called Thermador and they told me to contact the store I purchased it from since it is brand new. Called WDC and they said it’s not their problem. Thermador finally came out after 6 days of waiting. The fans are broken on a “new” range that I purchased. The fans are back ordered and will not be available until 2024. It’s 2 days before Thanksgiving and I have 50 people coming over and am not able to cook anything. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have purchased appliances at this business for 12 years and have never had a problem before. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone. I feel they were quick to take my money and not willing to fix the problem of a range they delivered to me that was already damaged. They also delivered a dishwasher I did not order saying they “upgraded” the dishwasher I ordered. Meanwhile, the dishwasher does not have a panel and no front panel can be ordered, a whole other situation I have to deal. Horrible customer service
Well stocked with incredible sales people. They were efficient, provided us with written information as well as talking us through the details, didn’t pressure us in any way, and were very respectful of our budget. I will be coming back here whenever I have the chance.
Update: delivery went off without a hitch. Yes they were a little outside their delivery window (by 45 minutes) but were very respectful of our house, making sure not to damage our holiday decorations on the door coming in, and took the time to make sure we had all the information for flushing the water/ice dispenser before use.
