Do not bother with this agency. The caregivers are great, but the same care givers work for other agencies for 20-30% less per day. I canceled their services May 30th, and my point of contact was on vacation and did not let me know or give me another point of contact. I could not reach the office for over a week and a half, and even then 6 weeks later I still have not received my $2,450 security deposit which contractually should have been returned within 2 weeks. I do not like writing negative reviews but they have left me no choice, you cannot play with peoples money like this, especially when we need it to care for our loved one.
