Great and fast service. Tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. Building itself is beautiful! Downfall...huge lines and waits. Especially on Thursday and Friday. Parking is hard. ATM at night is uncomfortable at best.

I called to try to locate a closed account but got nowhere....I completely understand that it was some time ago and their system doesn't go that far back but and it's a Big BUT the way that employees talked to me was not appreciated...Im just looking for help and what I get is no help and not even wanting to try to help me... I spoke to a young lady who sounded annoyed and told me, "it sounds like you ran out of options"...geee thanks.... I use to think very good of wells Fargo and their employees...but times have changed and sadly Wells Fargo is not the bank it use to be....
