HORRIBLE BANK!!! I WOULD NEVER PUT MY MONEY OR ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW TO PUT THEIR MONEY IN YOUR BANK AGAIN!!! I WAS RIPPED OFF OF $1100 ON CASH APP FOR A HOME I WAS TRYING TO RENT. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TONS OF MESSAGES BETWEEN US, A COPY OF HIS PHOTO ID (I ASKED FOR A COPY OF HIS PHOTO ID AT THE ADVICE OF WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER SERVICE), HIS ADDRESS, I'VE CONFIRMED IT'S REALLY HIM, BUT THEY WON'T RETURN MY MONEY TO ME!!!! YES I FILED A POLICE REPORT THE POLICE SAID MOST BANKS RETURN YOUR MONEY IF YOU FILE A POLICE REPORT BUT NOT WELLS FARGO!!!! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!! GO GET A NETSPEND OR CHIME CARD FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT AND BILL PAYING!!!!! I HAD BEEN BANKING THERE SINCE 2015.

This Wells Fargo branch always have the most helpful bankers working and always treat me as a valued customer. Not to mention they always have fresh coffee and a basket full of original pops suckers. Oh and they are fast unless you have something weird and new to deposit, then they take the time to confirm and verify.

Been a customer for 18 years. Deposited a cashier's check from another bank...a CASHIER'S CHECK, guaranteed funds. They've made the choice to put a hold on the check for over a week. Now I can see if it was a personal check...but a cashier's check? I informed them that after 18 years I would be leaving them once they made funds available. Their response? Thanks for your business, have a good day. Not even an ATTEMPT to keep my business! Oh well, I'm going to a regional bank where my business is valued. Obviously Wells Fargo doesn't care much about mine. This just confirmed my decision.
