I came in this morning because information was wrong on a checking account and I wanted it to get corrected. There was no one else waiting to speak to the people behind desks. First I got told that I needed an appointment, then when I said I thought it was a quick issue and they looked up the account, I was told that I needed the person listed as the executive to come in (and I'm only listed as a signer), then they said that since the secretary of state has a very slightly different name of the business compared to what is on the account, they couldn't help me. So I left. I went to the branch on Wilshire & Crescent Heights - where they actually wanted to help - they were kind, diligent and they fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Leaving was a great decision. The only better decision would have been to never have gone there in the first place.

I had a difficult time opening up a business account because of the a online factor. I was able to set an appointment with the banker Yolanda Gibbons. She handle everything. She contacted the branch in Sacramento and resolved all the issues. She was outstanding.

If the staff at this bank is anything like the Branch Manager Sarah, then they are in good hands. I had an unauthorized payment go through my checking account which then put my account in the negative. I filed a claim over the phone and was told that I would have to wait 10 business days for the payment to clear. I didn’t want to money I had coming into my account to go towards the negative, so I went into the bank because I needed gas and food and simply couldn’t wait 10 days for something that wasn’t even my fault. I was so upset I even thought about closing my account. I went into the Wells Fargo close to me and asked to speak to the manager, and Sarah came over right away. She listened to me. She sympathized with me. She gave me a list of options that could help me for the moment, and also in the future in case something like this happens again. My best customer services experience I’ve EVER had by far was with Sarah. I can see why she has the position as Branch Manager.
