I wanted to order just a simple hamburger and I was worried about staff making mistake so I used Wendy’s app to show exactly the name and price,they still ordered me the wrong one and charged me more,not to mention leaving me to wait for around 15 mins to say hello.

They made my food completely wrong. Wrong burger altogether. I asked for beef, got cold chicken. The baconator fries were gross. They were also cold, 4 or 5 fries hanging out the outside of the container cut in half by the lid. I paid for extra cheese, there wasn't even the normal amount. The shredded cheese was cold and in a compressed lump. Oh and the bacon was not bacon bits. They just threw 3 pieces of full bacon on top. I went back but they were closed and didn't answer the window. It made me think I don't ever want to come back here again.
