I needed some servicing done on my older model Hobie Kayak. After google searches I found that West Coast Outdoor Adventure is the only place on the island who deals specifically with Hobie Kayaks. Allan spent a good half hour on the phone with me helping diagnose my issues. I then went to his shop with my kayak and he fixed me right up. He is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help. He has a great selection of Kayaks, paddle boards and Mountain bikes available for rent. If you're in the Sooke area looking for adventure, Allan and team are the best of the best.

My wife and I rented e-bikes from West Coast Outdoor Adventure to ride the Galloping Goose trail. It was an awesome experience!

Perhaps even more noteworthy was just how friendly and hospitable Alan and his staff are. We showed up without a reservation and he did everything he could to get us outfitted with gear. There was another couple getting ready to leave for the trail as well and he could have easily asked us to wait 15-20 minutes so that he could shuttle everyone at the same time but he instead took us right away. He gave us recommendations for where to eat lunch and site see after our reservation. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.
