Jeff drove our boards to Guerneville from Petaluma, delivered them to our door. Was very flexible
With pickup time, the boards were of excellent quality. Jeff was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely do this again.

I just rented a SUP from Jeff for 3 days and I highly recommend his service. Jeff drops off your SUP and picks it up and has a really reasonable 3-day rate. This was so helpful as I didn't plan on having a large car where I could tote my own SUP around. Definitely rent from SUP Odyssey if you are in the area.

We had the worst experience working with Jeff and SUP Odyssey. We brought some of our own SUPs and rented some from him. While he was totally fine with us bringing our own boards when we made the reservation, he did everything possible to make it hard for us the day of. What’s worse, after we went through all the trouble to bring our boards to the launch location, he told us we were late and that our reservation was canceled (and deposit gone, of course)! What is outrageous is that he turned us away from the gate 30mins before the appointment time, and then we were on the phone with him for 40mins trying to figure out if there is a way he can make it easier for us… how did we end up getting the boards and keeping our trip? Of course, by paying him extra money…If there is a way to give negative score, I would.
