It is so refreshing to call a business and actually talk to a person and not a recording. Every staff member at this place is very professional, kind and caring. I can’t stress enough how great they are, if you’re still shopping at the big chain pharmacies you’re missing out on exceptional service! Also, if your regular pharmacy is out of stock on something you should try here. I called several places and they were the only ones in 3 TriC that had prednisone when we really needed it!
Update: Still using them and they are still fantastic! They know my family by name, last visit the pharmacist asked about a different prescription and gave advice to reduce costs. They really care about their customers, you will not find this type of personal service at a big chain.
The staff went above and beyond to ease the fear of needles from my little one this week with patience and kindness. I highly recommend any other parents in similar situations to go here.
We had to make two visits to succeed in the vaccination, and were allowed to sit and calm down as long as needed. The office was quiet which also helped. Ultimately we were able to convince the kido to receive the vaccine, and we are so grateful for the great customer service and knowledgeable vaccine administration to help us succeed. Thank you for being a small business that cares about our community kids and having the time to help my little one get her vaccine this week.
