They've never once contacted me about my breast pump even though it was approved through insurance last month. When I did get to speak to someone, they said it could be delivered to my house. It has been 2 additonal weeks and still no pump or tracking number or any confirmation was sent to me. I have since called them back a few times to follow up. They gave me different stories of not knowing its status and then changed it to they don't have my insurance information or that they might be able to send it next week. Upon reading other reviews, it seems like poor customer service is their standard work ethic with their medical equipment department. This tells me they do not care about their customers at all.

DO NOT GET YOUR CPAP FROM HERE. They don't serve it when it breaks or you have problems til RT at least 2 weeks out. FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
