This place sucks!!!. Been trying for almost an hour to speak to a live customer rep. The only thing this outfit is interested in doing is getting your money. I must have heard several automated voices explaining to me how to pay my bill. I don't want to pay a bill. I have a simple question to ask and I cannot get through. The head man makes around $300.000 a year, many benefits. Car, phone, 7 weeks vacation a year, sick leave and health insurance. You would figure this outfit would try to get a life person on the line when one is needed, instead of telling people on how to pay their bill. If I could I would certainly get another company to do business with. This is what monopolies get you! Not a happy camper!!!!!
