Picking up the phone for Steve must be considered an excercise for him as getting a hold of him is not easy. I wish he had an attitude of gratitude but that doesn't seem something that would come from within. Perhaps he is always in a grumpy mood, I'm not sure. I believe his response time needs to be worked on and communication levels needs a massive step up, which would be not just better for the consumers but also him and his business. I'm not hating on him, just writing how others perceive him and perhaps he sees this he can not get offended but take constructive criticism and be better for it.

Don't do your business by this company, Karen is a nice person, but she never ever follow up with your issues. All needs Steve approval who if the money goes in his pocket is a nice person, otherwise he refers you to go to court, and in some point he is so RUDE. You will end up with regret by doing your business through this company. DON"T TO DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE.

My husband and I had a horrible experience with this company. The person we worked with (Karen Whethergage) was very nice and personable but does not check her emails, causing her to give us false information about what was collected from us including money for credit checks and personal documents. Then, we called back for a simple status check after 3 days of waiting, someone named Brett answered saying no one was in the office and he couldn't help. He was extremely rude. The next day, we were told we got approved after I called 3 different times for status checks. The following day, we were then told the owner changed his mind after we had already been sent the utility lists and began putting utilities in our name. The reason they gave us was so bogus and I asked them why they told us yes just to turn around and tell us no. They never replied. Working with them was a nightmare and a waste of money.
