It’s easy to do business with someone you trust. You know they will get it done at a fair price or let you know if it’s even worth doing. I really like the detailed reports (with photos even) they generate that show everything they looked at and what they recommended and what they did.

I prefer to keep my business local whenever possible. I appreciate having a mechanic near by. I also appreciate having HONEST communication no matter what the problem. They have taken time to explain the repairs necessary, given good and clear estimates, and provide me with the opportunity to make some of my own decisions in regards to what needs fixing, and what can wait.
