What a lovely clean and friendly studio!
Used to go to another well known hot yoga studio pre pandemic but they weren’t half as kind and understanding as the management and staff here!
On my first session during the trial period, the instructor saw I was struggling (I broke my leg a little while ago so am a bit wobbly!) and discreetly came and gave me modifications during class.
Could not recommend this place enough! Looking forward to my journey with them and getting stronger every day!!

I have been to many yoga and hiit studies but white heat yoga has the best hiit class in town. I just wish it was more than 2times a week. The teachers are fantastic high energy fun hot hiit class.

I wish I could give this place more stars. The instructors, space, location, etc all amazing. They haven't been open for the longest time, only 4 years I think but they truly are one of the best yoga studios I've found in LA. Too often that studios don't challenge you and this one offers that while giving you a class yoga stretch. There's a variety of class, the membership I think is affordable. The only "con" I can think of is the parking can sometimes be tricky since the location is in such a busy area but honestly that's not on the studio. If you're new to the area or looking for yoga classes this is the place to go to!
