I do NOT recommend renting from Ray J White. Tiffany the manager of the company is so awful to work with and so disrespectful. The customer service in general with this company needs to be addressed by a higher up. I came in with an issue with my apartment and the gals at the front desk act as though I was a nuisance. When the manager finally talked to me she was absurdly rude. She raised her voice and tried to start arguing with me. When our discussion ( which wasn’t much of a discussion mind you) was finished she looked at me with my jaws just dropped trying to wrap my head around the discourteousness of this whole encounter and she says “are we clear!?” and walks away.
I have rented from a few different rental companies and there’s good and there’s bad but, this one has been a nightmare.

Its clear Ray J White will do anything and everything to make a quick buck off of their tenants. My garbage disposal went out in my apartment, and I immediately made a request for service. They didn't respond to my first request so then I made another one and they finally got it fixed almost 3 weeks later after the first request was made. They then charged me for the repairs and said it was my fault... by the way, they didn't even leave me a written notice about it. Be careful when dealing with this company. They only care about money, not the well being of their tenants.

ray j white is in my opinion the worst rental agency in town. i’ve lived here in the valley my whole life and was very disappointed in their customer service. If you are looking to rent in the valley, l suggest you take a look else ware for a rental agency. They bought out my last rental company’s property, and never allowed us to sign a new lease. This allowed them to raise our rent over $250 in a year and a half. In that time, they cleaned my complex l lived in 2 times. There are cobwebs, stains, and dark black stains all across the buildings. They required us to pay $50 for any type of maintenance, which defeats the purpose of renting. Oh, and if you need to call and ask any questions, be prepared to be bombarded by cruel humans who they provide jobs for. l ended up switching back to my original rental agency as they look great care of us and understand what renting in 2022 is like. Overall ray j white did nothing but cause anxiety when you need to get ahold of them, and l strongly recommend looking elsewhere before renting though them. Their prices SEEM great, until they raise them 2 months into your stay.
