Rooms are newly remodeled. There is ongoing work, but you barely notice while staying here. Mini fridge with full mini freezer. Keurig coffee maker in room. Great pizza place across the street. Have stayed multiple times while working in nearby deer park. Super value without Spokane's added motel tax. Saves like 20 or 30 bucks off the top.

It's clean, the owner is nice, it has a mini fridge with a proper freezer, a microwave, tv, and a keurig. Pretty much everything I look for in a hotel. Solid option for anyone traveling for work or play.

The rooms are excellent here. I've stayed at many inns/motels, plenty of towels and the owner has put a lot of thought into the rooms from electronic candle to set up on mini kitchen area. I have never been so comfortable before - even the bedding was perfect. There's a place to buy groceries right next to the place. I will be adding this to my go to list everytime I come through Spokane. I can even park my RV next time if i bring it in summer time with Loon Lake just down the road.
