When my insurance company abandoned me at a less reputable garage late at night, I walked by Willettes the next morning. Not only did they greet me openly, but offered to help where my insurances roadside assistance were lacking. What would have been a panic-inducing situation became a pleasant experience. They scheduled a tow from Cle Elum back to Seattle the next morning. Their driver Travis was helpful and fun and we had a great trip back to Seattle with plenty of conversation! They were able to turn a stressful situation into an unplanned and welcome vacation. Now…what to do with the dead engine…

I blew a tire going over the pass on a Sunday and my wife was freaking out since the big chain store is closed that day. Luckily we found Willettes. They answered the phone right away, checked their inventory and once I got my car down to the shop had me back on my way within 30 minutes and for a fraction of the price I was expecting.
