Anna is amazing. We came in with a third party registry issue & she completely put us as ease and made sure we would be able to buy the items we preferred. She checked on us periodically as we shopped but was never pushy or rushed us. All the while I saw her help other colleagues and shoppers! We’re so happy WS is back in Portland and we’re so glad Anna is there!

The staff in this location were very friendly! I had just bought a Breville espresso machine and they were very willing to give me tips & tricks to get started. Thanks for being so hands on and helpful!

Understanding that the store is fairly new to this location, staff seemed more focused on unpacking stock than helping customers. The store itself is ridiculously full and difficult to navigate. The intent of my visit was to purchase Le Creuset cookware as gifts but ended up ordering products online as there were limited colors and lack of help in finding what I wanted.
